A bit of a surprise to see this thus morning, as there is no wind in Caniço de Baixo.
Four planes are currently circling in the air, waiting for an opportunity to land at Madeira’s airport.
Of these, one is a Transavia aircraft, coming from Paris, another from Ryanair, coming from Porto, and two from TAP, arriving from Porto and Lisbon.
The ANA website further informs that an Easyjet flight, which also departed from Porto, was diverted.
Looking at flight radar the Paris flight has also diverted to Porto Santo as yest nothing has landed this morning in Madeira.
