The Câmara de Lobos City Council said goodbye to Preto, the “most beloved dog in the city centre”.
“Preto has left us. He was the most beloved dog in the city centre, where he lived happily for 25 long years. Last Saturday, Saint Peter’s Day, the Câmara de Lobos Volunteer Firefighters, realizing that he was in a state of distress, took him back to the Veterinary Hospital, where he passed away peacefully. He will remain in everyone’s memory forever.
