The SIGA network, which brings together Companhia de Autocarros da Madeira, Rodoeste and Horários do Funchal, provides all Madeirans with free public transport on all routes on Region Day, July 1st.
JM knows that the decision, which will be formally announced this afternoon, includes any trip in any career of those three public transport concessionary companies in Madeira and Porto Santo.
The new SIGA network will allow you to travel throughout the island of Madeira and Porto Santo with a renewed fleet and a new image. SIGA network buses will have a similar exterior image throughout the Autonomous Region of Madeira (with the exception of HF buses, which will, for now, maintain the same image, bearing only the SIGA network logo) and have different models, which vary according to the type of service to be performed.
At 4 pm the new SIGA network will be officially presented with much more information for users across the archipelago.
